In a recent memorandum, the President announced the immediate declassification of materials related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Most documents referenced in a previous memorandum from January 2021 will now be made available to the public. However, certain materials, including those protected by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and personally identifiable information, will remain classified.
